Strategy Meets Heart
With 25 years in youth advocacy and 20 years in non-profit leadership, I understand the unique pressures and opportunities of the San Francisco non-profit landscape. As a former Executive Director, I don’t just consult—I transform. I help organizations streamline their infrastructure to maximize fundraising success and craft competitive grant proposals that stand out in crowded fields.
Experience & Specialization
As a dedicated fundraising and grant consultant since 2010, I specialize in navigating the complexities of the Foster Care, Child Welfare, and Juvenile Justice systems. I blend a creative, "outside-the-box" methodology with rigorous strategy to secure sustainable funding for high-impact missions.
Trusted Partners & Past Collaborations
Throughout my tenure in San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area, I have partnered with a diverse portfolio of exceptional organizations:
Social Justice & Advocacy: The Beat Within, Each One Reach One, San Francisco Juvenile Justice Center Garden Project, East Bay Children’s Law Offices, and East Bay Agency for Children.Health & Community Wellness: Sonrisas Dental Health, The HEAL Project, and Sustainable San Mateo County.
Education & Arts: Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA), The Art of Yoga Project, Homework Central, and Old Skool Cafe.
A Unique Perspective
My strategic approach is underpinned by a rigorous academic foundation—holding a BA in Art History from Westmont College and an MA in Art History from McGill University. This background in visual and historical analysis informs my creative perspective, allowing me to uncover unique connections and funding opportunities for the organizations I serve.
Rooted Locally
A long-time resident of San Francisco’s Sunset District, I find balance and inspiration in my local community, where I live with my husband, two daughters, and our lively crew of pets.
